IMO every aspect of this ''business'' is contingent on somebody else coming up with the money to pay all of it. The company doesn't even have shares to sell. Their only recourse is to authorize and issue billions more which will dilute the crap out of those everyone already owns. Either that or pull a giant reverse split with a token ''reduction'' in the A/S.
Well isn't that the case of many OTC companies?
I lost count. How many are there?
Some people get angry when they are SPOOZ'd on.
There are 3 camps here...
1.) Those that know it's PnD from the get go and play it by 'tricking' noob #2's intentionally. Maybe they think that is morally above car jacking or robbing old ladies. Not me, but I am not your jury.
2.) Those that think they've invested in the next Telsa, Nvidia, etc. Keep in mind +90% of #1 have no clue what the company says they are going to do and don't care. Their goal is to PUMP you up.
3.) Those that try to educate noob investors. That is where you come in.
