John Park lives in an apartment in the complex he manages. Thompson lives in a crap house and operates his oil/ gas drilling operation out of a converted garage downstairs. Rolf Bela Wenz isn't much better. SPZI can't finance operations and borrowed and spent $600k in Q1 alone.

IMO every aspect of this ''business'' is contingent on somebody else coming up with the money to pay all of it. The company doesn't even have shares to sell. Their only recourse is to authorize and issue billions more which will dilute the crap out of those everyone already owns. Either that or pull a giant reverse split with a token ''reduction'' in the A/S.
