Hi Laurent Any idea on why Germany went with Ezetimbe ( Zetia ) for their comparator when evaluating AMRN submission for reimbursement ?
Just IIRC
Also ...any idea on what it would take to get favorable reimbursement in Germany .

Any thoughts on market for V .
Personally I think the US is lost , ROW won't make any $ so it comes down to the UK / EU mainly because of patent protection till 2039.

A little story about prescribing V .
My wife prescribes meds for her CKD patients .
Yesterday she was working from home and I over heard her talking to a patient trying to persuade him to take a statin for his high cholesterol .
So afterwards I asked her if adding V might help .
Her reaction ..".Hard enough persuading him to take a low dose of a small generic statin let alone 4 large capsules of EPA each day ...that his insurance may not cover anyway. " ...a little reality chk .
She however takes V ....( or at least steals some of mine since Kaiser over supplies me with it )
