Linda did not sell shares. That is literally a lie. The company sold shares, and that is clearly to advance their transition from a development company to a commercial company and $25 million is very reasonable for what they have. It’s quite minimal in fact. Trying to make a huge deal if it as if it is some “crime”, is literally ridiculous.
