Ive been following IGPK because I know a few guys who are in it.
At a glance, SPOM looks really good. Will take a deeper dive on it soon.
I am still holding QMCI after all this time for a number of reasons.
Most recent reason is because of our SC-13 filer Michael H. Giles.
Mr Giles is the founder and former chief executive of Third Party Technologies, which was acquired in 2019 by Square (NYSE: SQ)
I dont know what Jack Dorsey paid to buy out his company and roll into Square, but I do know Giles owns around 8,000,000 shares of QMCI with a cost basis of around .20. Thats roughly $1,600,000 bought on the open market.
Its not some toxic note conversion or anything like that.
Have my doubts that it will drop much lower from current levels.
Still holding GWTR as well.
Almost no dilution in several years.
The thing with GWTR is that the current CEO was a shareholder and message board poster like us shmucks. When he realized 10 years ago that the previous CEO was attempting to steal the few assets that GWTR had and bail on shareholders, he fought in court for custody (thank goodness.)
There are no preferred shares and Erik owns common shares only. Tiny O/S and Tiny float. He is actively seeking a J/V or R/M but taking his time.
Still have my little GVSI stash and SRNW. Not much to say about that.
GDVM.
And one that I cant mention that is trading @ .0003.
Its my knucklehead lotto play. Its the only one @ .0003 that I have posted on the board lately.
I think thats about it.
Thanks for stopping by and apologies for going a bit long.
