Wrong. They are the plaintiffs in a lawsuit taken on contingency. As soon as the Motion to Dismiss is denied the defendants will want to settle because the 7 Market Makers will all want to avoid discovery because they are GUILTY. So I fail to see the “precarious” position they are in. As far as financially, I am more confident than ever they will secure approval and start making billions of revenue in “short order” as you would say. Many on this board have held this stock for years, because of the science. If it were not for management BP would have killed this company.
