And that could well be changing as businesses and people move away...Obviously people see disadvantages to living there and advantages to moving out where there is more opportunity....The sunbelt, and red states may well flip the status quo...

People have to find places where business can prosper, cost of living for their workers, taxes and maybe to be able go to downtown again.....

So maybe cities are in denial, just as people denied dems would sell them out, until they did....Never know eh...
