Basically all you’re saying is just an excuse to try and cover up the failure the failure in what I have said.

You’re analyzing the depth of what AI is and what it takes to put this all together and so on. None of that pertains to what I am talking about

Maybe what an actual shareholder update is lost here.

An update comes after the fact of an actual event being announced. It’s a follow up on progress. It’s NOT the details of the event because there is an NDA that prevents that.

The update should in this case consist of the following

1 What has the last 6 months accomplishments been for OneMind. Remember OneMind is an established subsidiary of Affluence and has been for almost 4 years. There should be no shadow hovering over OneMind . They have still been going about their business because their business is on going. I will venture that there are only 3 or 4 people on this board who can, without looking it up, tell us how many current projects OneMind is working on right now. It’s more than the fingers on your hands. What countries are they in. Point being we should be updated on them because we now have new people running our company. It’s not rocket science for new management to inform people of how they will do business compared to how old did it. As I said OneMind is not just waiting for the new additions so they can get to work. They have been working for a long time.

2. An update on the new business is just a refresher on the time line, since the LOI timeline has long passed since the first announcement. April 9 to June 9 is over 60 days. So take all the time you need but explain what the process is that is causing the delays. This can be done without violating the NDA

Some of you are making this out to be way more complicated than it is. Reason is your giving yourselves a reason to except a less then acceptable time line for fear of something being wrong.

This talk of integrating these company’s together and how complicated it is just does not fly.

For example if our new incoming company A is a fiber optic network and company B is a communication company and as independent company’s if AT&T needed each one for a major job do you think they would turn down the job as independent contractors or would they work together on the job just as a plumber and an electrician to.

There is a reason for this long delay, the obligation of a public company, the fiduciary duty of a public company is to inform shareholders as to what that delay is about.

Final point if this deal was being put together and Affluence was a NASDAQ stock do you think shareholders would be sitting on their hands for 6 months, the December to June time frame, or would they and analysts be clamoring for information. But as a Pinksheet OTC stock everyone is content to wait

It’s just an update and an update will do wonders for the share price as well. Don’t make excuses for incompetence because you are trying to convince yourself that waiting is just normal. It’s not We have top of the ladder running this now and they seem to think that these low tier investors are not worth the time it takes to tell them what we intend to do with our new company. I gave and always will demand to know what I am invested in us doing it’s our right as shareholders
