I guess they never heard of inheritance tax or roth tax free profits. To each his own. I have changed my exit strategy much over the past 2 years. I WILL be taking profits as SP goes higher. as for fireman, fool me once, although I did take a small profit on one piece of his advice.
This recent deal should knock out any non disclosure B/O talk. They are happy for this deal which means they have no offers or secret partnerships yet in place. If so why not borrow or sell to them? I am less confident mngmt knows what to do after approval. My guess is they will have meetings about it and maybe disclose some info in the fall. At this point 10$ a share would have me jumping for joy and waving bye bye
