I believe that you understand the conversions.

The problem is they issued shares illegally. Because the A/S is 3,900,000,000 shares - and the O/S is 3,333,646,557 shares.

The last time I checked Enzolytics wasn't registered as a Business entity in Texas.

Enzolytics can't conduct business in Texas without being registered as a Business entity.
