Don't know. What else is there since the JV has come to a conclusion. Only thing is if XERI gets the equity. Like I said will this be the end of litigation or does the partial mean that there are still complaints that XERI can bring to drag this out?? I think that XTI is the only one who can pursue Arbitration. (doubtful) Wait and see what happens when the second complaint is dismissed to find out if that closes the case. All Duffy can do now is STALL DISTRACT & DILUTE.
