Doc, I still don't think of that as much of an uptrend and yes I did buy shares both times when it hit 14 cents but also as high as $10/share. My initial investment from 2015 is down something like 80-90%. Worse than just choosing an investment that has not worked out I chose to believe the ceo when she uttered "nearly there, about a year out, home stretch, and the results to be out September 2020 etc". In my world it is not in an uptrend and they need to show some real business plan progress preferably before ASM.
