They need it for the options proxy though.

Not sure how I'll vote on that yet. I know the company is doing its best with what they have, but patience is growing extremely thin.

The fact that Linda's salary is $900,000+ with bonuses when the company has no cash is wild.

Unless they come with banger after banger of positive news from now until June, they may have a rude awakening on yes votes.
