Yeah, I'd bet they're floating bad paper through 12/31 and up and until 4/1/2024, if not currently. VIRO was at $290 mill project, with no product to speak of, and SAGA having no cash on-hand, and lawsuits piling up.
But they did discuss about a $70 million cash transaction for more capital input in a PR last Fall, so I figured the lawyer-by-email just tossed a nothing-burger up as a representation letter they'd not be legally responsible for.

ITV-1 failed some toxicology tests, the SAGA deal has no money in it, and is pretty much dead even in some folks' imaginations now, so VIRO has less than nothing. That entire attorney letter is junk. BGEN is gone, and the CCC gang hold the IP and two new companies at present.

The stock holdings are all that is left of ENZC, used medical equipment resales sure won't go far, and I think Sharabura is already gone. So, I don't see the CCC gang having any issue being able to move more financially than what Harry has now, with many coming after him. I just have a feeling, for a rare occurrence, the chatter on this PINK risk is coming true, and that ENZC won't be Harry's much longer.
I don't think he can even pay an attorney right now to put up any effective fight.

Even if Charles was a poor attorney, he'd still know an easy target to win on. I don't think he's a bad attorney, I just think he was not a great CEO. To let the downward spiral go this far just because of Harry's involvement, makes me wonder and be concerned about risk here again. Maybe they've learned. Definitely a lot to answer for, if they ever have another ENZC Q&A with the stockholders again. Thanks for posting all of that.
