We Know its Salud Esmeralda USA/Vitallia Health on the way. They will need to address the 10000/1 RS they tried to pull over on the Wyoming name change. Something happened there. The way this all unfolded was horrendous at best. Its going to be hard to instill positive sentiment going forward unless something major happens. And not a peep from the DiPrima who supposedly "talked to shareholders" I dont believe anyone talked to him.
I thought the silence was a good thing for awhile, as it seemed they were working behind to the scenes, but its been almost a year since the LOI and subsequent termination.. and still no word from DiPrima about his company/plans, why or hows. Tis the OTC though.

Going back up will needs news, yes. Unsolicited quotes from MMs and them hiding shares will be a tough grind though. Even more of a waiting game.
