ON March 28th Deprima 9in PAOG's Annual Report said the Merger with Salud Esmeralda Mexico had.... NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED". I for one took that wording to indicate the merger was going to happen. However, not surprisingly considering Deprima's track record, Deprima in the First Q Report issued on May 8th stated the LOI was terminated. Stunning the developments which occurred in 41 days....a merger which had not been completed, worded as such that it was being processed, to termination!
On to the next faux business endeavor.
