A settlement was pulled off the table when DBMM defaulted!

The court order stands to turn over the company to the Sheriff for delivery to Asher!

At this point, I would imagine if there were to be a new settlement possibility... it would be well in excess of $100k! And it would need to be immediate! And DBMM isn't even worth $100k and has no money to even pay it off!

No more stalling... deliver the company reins to the sheriff or be held in contempt!
