Of course I agree with that. It's giving the defense any ammo at all, as simplistic and harmless as possible and they will use it as excuses for mistrial request after mistrial request. They called legal witness conduct by Danials as horrifically harmful to shitass. I've lost count how many mistrial appeals they've done this trial.
And the biggest joke is how the defense went for a mistrial as a cover to try to get orangefatass's gag order removed so he can attack stormy. So it was like, if we can't get the mistrial, then at least remove the gag. It's like orangefuckface has a basket of habba dabba do duck lips for a defense team.
Matter of fact, I'm not going through 150 posts today on cnn right now, but someone asked for a gag order on cohen. Maybe even the prosecution. Either way, maybe both of them should have had gag orders from the start.
And unless the jurists are put up in a hotel somewhere, they are going home every night. So who's really stopping them from looking things up?
