Thanks to Hoffmann that he did an excellent piece of legal analysis of the MMs second MTD filing. So, 1) they want AF to be the scapegoat very badly in this second MTD filing as well that they threw him under the train now; but lucky ... or not that the timeline of the release of the AF's article on 5/10/22 doesn't support the claim that AF article caused the share price crash. Clearly they failed to time their mafia work this time that typically blame it on a hit piece as a cover won't cut ice here. 2) they blame it on the 10Q then, but that doesn't add support either because the financials reported were within the bounds of the previous Qs.
The share price started crashing right from the market open itself with those spoofing episodes coming in non-stop way too early as the timeline vs spoofing chart shows.... way way before Dr. Mulholland started his presentation.
Any more thoughts? opinions?? It is obvious that the defendant lawyers chose to throw AF and 10Q for our losses but Posner showed monumental amount of digital evidences of the spoofing episodes in her Loss Causation Replead not only listing them that were unleashed to massacre the sp on 5/10/22 right from market open but more of those spoofing episodes for days, weeks, months, and years ahead and after as well....which is a meticulous piece of volumes of crime scene evidences put together. Can't wait for June 14th now.
