Gee whiz, I wonder if the DTCC CNS program would allow MMs to "borrow" shares up to any amount any ticker~?
Guess folks would have to go to the Obligation Vault to see what was "borrowed" as MM exempt shares, but ya need a subpoena for that. And it has to be a damn good subpoena for them to open that CLAM up~! So far the BIG BOYS haven't been able to get that subpoena..... so little bitty $DBMM is supposed to~? 😅🤣😂
