Merging RevImmune will require a NEW CUSIP


A new CUSIP does absolutely nothing about short shares, legal, illegal, naked or not. Same as dividends and up(down)listing. All the talk about forcing an accounting of shares or such is per fantasy. The process for tracking owed shares through such is well established.

The only thing you can be certain of in a merge with Revimune is that LP will be the winner.
