Looks like XERI is on its last leg. Their 5 year (1-1-2025) lease in the unfinished office is due to expire. I noticed that the link to FAU on XERIs website says the page doesn't exist. I remember finding Aegea Holding AS that was founded by Biza that no longer exists. Soon the Xeriant page and the Durnever page will disappear a long with Duffy and his Crew.

I still think this was a professional group and not just Duffy. They might have been involved with his last SCAM since they have the Aegea name. Seems too coincidental that this new 4 year old company Aegea Holdings AS is involved with this SCAM. Started about the same time as XERI.
