No, Jeunke reported that his belief was that LWLG was a party to 40 NDAs. Now, that is obviously not fact. Although, it could be true. But, of course, LWLG, would require an NDA from every potential customer that wanted to evaluate the tech up close. What IT DOES NOT MEAN is that there are 40 NDAs with Tier Ones who want to keep secret their relationship with LWLG, which is what Jeunke was suggesting.
