How could we not know the combo is working? For me, it is definitive it is is working amazingly. There are no theoretical conversations. What we need is just some logical and commonsense reasoning.

Take the colorectal cancer trial as an example. There are no data at all. But what we do see is that the research focus of immunotherapy institute at Mainz has been completely focusing on dendritic cell related stuff. They bought the instruments for protemoic analysis. There is also dramatic increase in publications on dendrtic cell. The CEO of BioNTech at Germany was a professor from Mainz. He still is now probably. BioNtech was supposed to start its trial at UK about its mRNA cancer vaccine in 2026. Boy, BioNtech was in such a big hurry and started last December. Does the company get a lion chasing them?

I don't need to mention about glioblastoma.

I saw in the latest Moonshot presentation. Two cancer programs were specifically mentioned: colorectal cancer and brain tumor. Is it coincidence?

IMO, if it is a sure thing in biotech, then we as retailers can only have leftover.
