Speaking of simple... or writing.... got hungry last night around midnight and ended up with a pb&j which is not my first go to snack.
But grocery buttermilk name brand bread, with name brand creamy pb and strawberry jam. But I can never seem to leave normal alone. So I added sprinkles of sun flower seeds and pumpkin seeds and raisins. Not even toasted.

Not too bad. And some milk of course. Who the heck can eat a pb&j dry.
