My point is, the decision window has started, so it really doesn’t pay for shorts to take more positions, because while chances for a prompt decision are less now, they increase every day. The odds will be gradually increasing for a while, and if a decision hasn’t occurred already by day 150, the odds will jump from there to greatly increase each day. Even if we received an RFI at 80 days, it doesn’t mean it takes 60 days to respond, and even if it takes 60 days to respond, it doesn’t mean it needs to take 70 days for MHRA to make a determination.
