Looking at this chart again, its hard to see that the reason for the excessive drops were a combination of 50% drops in price between first filing of offering and the actual offering price and 50% drops post offering.

Turns out since the announcement of the rights offering in 2022, the stock has dropped 50% between announcement of offering and the actual offering. Then after the offering the stock took another 50% haircut.

July 8th, stockprice was .47. Sept 26 the offering began and immediately the price dropped from .40s to .20 cents. No news to justify the drop.
Offering price .15
Drops to 6 cents post offering before RS.

February offering was extremely odd one. Offering filed at a price of 8.61, the price jumped to as high as 12 (likely loading of naked shorts). Then for reasons i dont understand the offering was priced at 5.6 despite closing at 7.6 the day before. Post offering the stock halved within two days.

Then after the stock kept bleeding over the next several months before the S-3 was filed Oct 12th at a price of .77. Price bled to .60 when the S-1 was filed. Offering price would be .25 despite news of 1 of 2 aerospace contracts and the fact company doubled its revenue for 2023. It should double again in 2024 with selling of spine blanks and ~up to 1m in aero revenue. After offering the stock halved where it sat until suddenly there was an offering at 4.7 cents again for no reason. Halved again post offering with another offering at 2.1 cents.

This has got to be the hallmarks of price manipulation and i was warned to sell before this drop indicating this was planned beforehand. Of course i saw no reason for the drop and every reason to hold so i did. There has been nothing to justify the drops. The company's position continues to improve. The tech that Sonny so aggressively patents, worth well over $225m, seems to be worthless according to the markets. This despite stakeholders in Zimmer Biomet, Morgan Ceramics, and former Morgan Ceramic subsidiary NP Aerospace, and despite the fact that the IP could one day replace current ortho materials. It looks like someone is trying to steal this tech and that can only happen with management being onboard.

This study seems to have been funded by Sintx, then Amedica, and Biomet before it merged with Zimmer in 2007. All evidence of this hip implant developed by Sintx to date indicate a Sintx femoral head, Biomet liner (E1 now over Arcom), Si3n4 coating of a Biomet G7 Acetabular Shell. Thus Biomet is a stakeholder in Sintx and now Zimmer Biomet. More on this in the following posts.

Mr Bond, they have a saying in Chicago: 'Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action'.

One is an incident, two is a coincidence, three's a pattern, and four is enough for a warrant

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Extra information on the status of a Si3n4 based hip implant:

Silicon nitride, silicon carbide and diamond-like carbon as non-oxide ceramics are considered to be the new generation of materials used in hip prosthetics, particularly in the manufacture of acetabular cups, due to their excellent biocompatibility, osteointegration, and tribological and mechanical properties, but all three materials need more study. However, silicon nitride is the nearest to commercialization, through businesses such as Amedica Corp. and SyntX Technologies

Im guessing the authors meant Sintx Technologies. Amedica being the companies former name before the name was sold to CTL.

Welcome back TAman87, l couldnt find your account yesterday to give you credit for the chart and screenshot the wrong one. Guess you got temp banned.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
