For anyone who interest in mutual fund investment or IRA. This is the best organization to invest with. It is non profit Organization with the lowest expense ratio in the industry. They just offer mutual fund to public only a few years ago. They did have a lot of experience in managing for college and university retirement for a long time. I am very satisfy with their performance. I do not have money in this mutual fund. However they manage my retirement fund (which is not same as mutual fund but similar in nature). It is TIAA-CREF. If you want to play individual stock, you can not invest in TIAA-CREF. On my regular investment account. I invest in regular stock so I could not invest in TIAA-CREF mutualfund.
