100%. I do not think we should honestly put any eggs into the court basket of2hope. Been there and been burned many a times now. They should continue to focus on the other things they are doing to grow sales. A big court win would be nice but it is certainly not something to count on or maybe even expect. It is worth shot still but likely years away I would think it we do actually get a jury trial.
