Well, not exactly true. Have you ever considered that the so-called 'concerted effort' and 'only reason' here is to help prevent potential investors from losing literally all their money (sans pennies) by following your advice? Didn't think so....
How many years have you been pumping this crap while denying or ignoring any wrongdoing (misleading others) by management and/ or yourself? Btw, institutions and management don't invest either. Hmm, wonder why....

Theres definitely a concerted effort here to scare every investor away. The only reason to do that is to steal this tech without worry of lawsuits and investigations.
