Theres definitely a concerted effort here to scare every investor away. The only reason to do that is to steal this tech without worry of lawsuits and investigations. Sonny could be involved in this if the goal is to take Sintx private again super cheap, then sell to Zimmer Biomet in some form later. That is an unfortunate thing to consider. I hope instead that Sintx is and has been under attack by outside forces instead of the idea its been inside ones. With the amount of effort Sonny has used to protect IP, the only option left maybe to bankrupt Sintx to get the tech. Right now it looks like Sonny is doing a last ditch effort to raise funds before Sintx is delisted.

The better position Sintx is in the more aggressive the market manipulation has been. An investigation needs to occur. The tech is too important. Every offering is naked shorted and this is easily confirmed in the SECs fail to deliver data. Millions upon millions have been failed to deliver in regards to Sintx this year. This doesnt represent the total of shares naked shorted just what wasnt covered in a timely fashion.

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Extra information on the status of a Si3n4 based hip implant:

Silicon nitride, silicon carbide and diamond-like carbon as non-oxide ceramics are considered to be the new generation of materials used in hip prosthetics, particularly in the manufacture of acetabular cups, due to their excellent biocompatibility, osteointegration, and tribological and mechanical properties, but all three materials need more study. However, silicon nitride is the nearest to commercialization, through businesses such as Amedica Corp. and SyntX Technologies

Im guessing the authors meant Sintx Technologies. Amedica being the companies former name before the name was sold to CTL.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
