Not quite. True that volumes are low now with only a little retail investor buying. The reason there is so little retail buying mow, is given that for now the control is in the hand of the shorts, Why would a retailer buy now when the fix is in (UNTIL NEWS) that it will drop a penny or so every day. Why would they buy now. But just wait until the NEWS starts to flow over the next 60 days or so and watch what happens to the volume and the share price.
