However, I do disagree with your last sentence.

The lawsuit's apparent pause was really a part of Laura Posner's brilliant tactics.
Until approval, NWBO's silence and no ASM are the best strategies.
The absence of news is not responsible for the continuously walked down SP
whereas the never ending spoofing is the reason for that phenomenon and
unfortunately the spoofing may be with us even after approval.
