Again no substance in your posts, only laughable obsession with negative posters who point out the facts about company lies (SYNERGY) and sad financials. Financials that have not been reported since quarter one 2023 and we are in late quarter one 2024. We also point out the fact that this leadership has amassed over 25 BILLION outstanding shares and has over $10,000,000 in note/loans that have ALL matured and had to be extended, as the company does not have the cash to pay them back. NOT a problem? Family notes that convert to common stock at half priced shares that will add to that 25 BILLION with not enough authorized shares to accommodate those conversions, so it looks like they will have to raise and add to those authorized shares. That's NOT a problem? Wait for THAT announcement (ie dilution)!. Sad isn't it, that this company in over twenty years, cannot show a profit in ANY of those years. They have numerous GOLD in those USA FDA CLEARANCES for YEARS and still cannot show a profit, WOW! With all THAT, is it any wonder why there are so many negative posters (stockholders) on this message board and why this is trading at this LOW laughable stock price?
