Get some help. You're out of control and crashing and burning man all the signs are present. I've seen this behavior before. Please check your mental health and get some help. You'll be amazed at how it will stop you from having those nasty episodes and hating life and people in general and experiencing mental health blowouts. Sorry for you man!
