You didn’t know but don’t want to to learn and act like you know. I don’t need to call to buy EM and you can see the bid and ask through some brokers for instance: IBKR will show both in EM. That 0.0036 you are seeing will change soon when someone decides to liquidate. You will see 0.0001 here if this stays in EM for another few weeks.
