Yes. Being in the Expert market is a problem. Actually the bid and asked shown isn't the actual going market bid and asked. So if you want buy the stock you have to call the broker to find the going offer. The same if you want sell, you still have to call the broker to find the going bid rate.


I mentioned before the LOI looked a fishy to me.

The company that made the LOI is not in a good financial position.and neither is BZWR so combined they would be a bigger company in bad financial position. BZWR has large notes to pay. Also why would a company want a company with a lawsuit pending and without future guidance and the CEO not even acknowledging that he received a LOI even though the bidding company made it public.

Just my opinion.
