This permit is not necessary until we are ready to flare or vent gas. Everything is shut-in at Mesa currently, while we get ready to test/complete the well. We can't flare or vent gas without OCD approval, unless it is an emergency situation and then only for a limited amount of time. When we are ready, we will file the proper paperwork.
