Thanks geo,one other question.I checked the New Mexico Oil Conservation web site for permits to test well and I can't find a permit application to flare or let escape into atmosphere any gas for Mesa,is a permit necessary and has it been applied for?If not;is it like here more than 30 days to process?I appreciate you confirming Hal was there.
