Halliburton logged the Mesa 26 State No. 1 on December 11, 2006. Invoice Date: December 14, 2006. Invoice No. 94333603. Invoice Total: $23,286.53. Two additional invoices were paid later, one for New Mexico State Tax ($1,557.41), which was left off of the original invoice, and the other one for the Sonic Log processing charge ($3,951.49), which could not be invoiced until the job was finished. All of these invoices were promptly paid and copies are retained in the Mesa 26 State No. 1 well files by GeoSurveys, Inc. for review by anyone that wishes to see them. By the terms of our operating agreement, we are required to keep these invoices on file for a period of not less than 2 years.
