Yeah, I think so too on the money, but they said they would move ahead with the SHI slot even without MARAD if it came down to that in the coming months.

If willing to move ahead on a limited basis in the next several months without the permit then why not just do it and remove the risk with the DOE decision?

I’m sure there is a reason and it’s probably a last resort, but still curious as to why if it would secure them the permit and they’re willing to do it anyways without it.

Guess we’ll see before end of June
