This may be a stupid question. However, here it goes. Why is the SP still falling if there is such a good chance of acceptance news just ahead? Some on this board will say there is a 95-100% chance of acceptance. I feel like there is as well. However, I must say I’m getting somewhat discouraged seeing it continue to drop the closer we get. Does the MM’s have that much power to control the price? If so, then they must not be worried about the litigation that’s taking place nor the fact that there is about to be an approval just ahead. Are they that brazen or just confident that they can maneuver this stock any way they want to?
