Do you agree with my belief that Zimmer Biomet did not innovate its in-house spinal products after its acquisition of LDR because it was eyeing innovative tech externally? If so do you think it sold off its spine assets, in part, because of that innovative tech? Do you think that innovative tech is Sintx Si3N4? Why or why not? Considering the relationship these two companies share (do you agree with this part?), is there anything deceptive in these questions?

I'll add, do you think ZimVie selling off its spine assets for less than 1x revenue to a hfund falls under the concept of a fire sale usually done to get rid of "old" assets?

No not everything is a conspiracy but conspiracies do exist.

Some examples of conspiracies are as followed:

Ely Lilly's acquisition of ImClone, which was partnered with Bristol Myer, and Bristol Myer's acquisition of Amylin, partnered with Eli Lilly. Carl Icahn served as the intermediary of both transactions and provided the front for what was likely a backroom deal between Eli & Bristol. Eli didnt really need Amylin anymore but had been behind the scenes since it went public in 1994 if not since its founding. This is similar to how Centerpulse was behind the scenes when Sintx was founded and Zimmer took over this role once it acquired Centerpulse. Dr Hoffman, co-founder, was a principle investigator for Centerpulse when Sintx was founded; he became a PI for Zimmer after it acquired Centerpulse.
