Jacobs is very intelligent, yet his old age has entrenched him in stubbornness. He believes that he possesses all knowledge and dismisses others' advice. I'm disappointed by the lack of progress on the spin-off and the compounded burden of the outstanding note. These guys need a game plan focused on finalizing the spin-off and stopping spending too much time on product development. Our inventory is brimming with products, but without sales, they risk expiration, resulting in a waste of time, effort, and shareholder funds.
