The entire thing is an absolute outrage...or at least should be an outrage to normal retail shareholders. Tells you a lot about who's who here.

There are NWBO cult members here such as ATL, senti, BioSec etc who will defend and lie about NWBO at all costs and there are NWBO shareholders who are critical of NWBO management's greed. Some even have sued management and you see the result as verbalized by the Vice Chancellor.

It would not surprise me if NWBO management (Powers)/ Toucan will be sued over being financed by NWBO shareholders but owned by Toucan.

NWBO will be bought for its tech DCVAXL (this year I think) as I have always said.
