Quite literally perfect.

So...1H23 was technology transfer definition and qualification (note that it doesn't say partnership or announcement). 2023 in its entirety was reliability testing of the packaged modulators. The qualification part of that phrase likely was a lot about the new ALD. Speaking of...you know I've been thinking where/who is doing the EO polymer deposition/poling? It's been staring us right in the face! ALD goes on top of the polymer. LWLG most certainly (IMO) does not have in-house ALD machines. So...the foundry is doing it! And it's highly unlikely (IMO) that this foundry sends LWLG the wafers to deposit/pole the polymer and then LWLG sends back the wafers for ALD. Maybe that was the process for the not-so-great foundries or in the early development processes....

The long awaited foundry deal is coming up. I don't know when. And hopefully a transceiver/OSA company comes along with it. Or perhaps that is first with the PIC reveal and then the foundry deal after. We shall see.
