You claim that shareholders are pleased with how things are going and are willing to wait for the bigger prize yet at the same time you berate longer term shareholders and berate them for doing and reporting the same valid and provable DD simply because you want cheerleaders and not realists.
And yet further you claim to be building a company 'step by step' which is how you should do things yet you continually deny shareholder rights because 'thats what everyone else does' and then whine when you get called on it. If you are doing what you say then now might be a good time to show some faith back and reinstate the AGM or maybe just conference calls.

Just a suggestion from someone who 'knows nothing' but obviously has more experience than you do.
