Those people all said it would be a flat out motion to dismiss, game over, case closed; That's why those people were told:

“you have no understanding”, “ you shouldn’t be investing”, “you are a paid basher”, "why don’t you sell and move on” etc.

None of the people who predicted that the MTD would be granted predicted it would be granted with leave to amend. There's a huge difference. If any of you can't read the document below and understand it then you should have no further comments on the topic.

I'll make a prediction for when this court case is actually finished, Northwest Biotherapeutics will secure far greater than $100 million in damages from the marker makers for their accused illegal spoofing their stock. Quote me on it.
