Don't hold your breath on those financials, this is an exploration play and is burning cash not making it. The only way they have of raising cash is through the 144 share system, and that is restricted for 6 months or a year depending on how this shell was classified. And typical for an exploration play there will be some very hopeful news just before the financials are released..
