There seems to be relationship between small OTC stocks and Russell 2000 Mani.

Russell 2000 did not do well in 2023 and recent quarters Mani. S&P 500 did very well.

Retail tends to look at the best performers. I will not blame this very human tendency.

But the stock market history also said often the worst performers today could be the best performers next year.

Who knows Russell 2000 would beat S&P 500 this year?

Would that be a possibility?
